Amie founded Families of New Level to create more opportunities for the athletes and families in the New Level Baseball & Softball programs. ⚾🥎
What began as a simple idea has grown into a full nonprofit supporting scholarships, fundraising, and long-term sustainability for the teams.

With more than 15 years of experience in operations and leadership, she is passionate about building systems that make an impact—both on and off the field.

Vice President

Cruz Rivera joined the board bringing over three decades of hands-on experience in operations, HR, and compliance from her work in the not for profit social services and for profit tech & real estate/mortgage industries. She's spent her career solving the systemic problems that let organizations grow — from contracts and workforce programs to the everyday details that keep a team functioning. With a background that spans electrical engineering, software development, mortgage/real estate, and social services, Cruz approaches her board role with both a problem-solver's mindset and a genuine care for the people involved. She's here because she believes in what FNL is building for its athletes and families, and she's glad to put her experience to work for it.

Vice President - Events & Development

Megan serves on the FNL Board and plays a key leadership role in bringing our fundraising events and community initiatives to life. From developing event ideas and securing sponsors to coordinating logistics and helping grow FNL's fundraising opportunities, Megan works closely with the Board to turn ideas into meaningful support for New Level athletes and families.

Secretary

Shanon Snead has built a career in the tech industry but has always had a deep passion for sports. Growing up, she played volleyball, basketball, and softball, competing nationally in travel softball. Her love for the game continued beyond college, playing in competitive women’s and co-ed leagues. As a wife to Bryan and a proud mom to Luke, Shanon understands the profound impact sports can have on a child’s life. She wanted to join the Families of New Level organization as she believes every child should have the opportunity to experience sports, not just for the game itself but for the invaluable life lessons—teamwork, resilience, sportsmanship, and building positive relationships—that come with it.
