Families of New Level (FNL) brings families, volunteers, and community partners together

through regular meetings and meaningful events that support New Level Baseball & Softball

athletes across the Pacific Northwest.

Monthly Meetings

FNL hosts monthly meetings to keep our community informed, engaged, and involved.

● Board Meetings

Focused on governance, financial oversight, policy review, and long-term planning.

These meetings help ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with our

mission.

● General Volunteer & Community Meetings

Open to parents, volunteers, and supporters who want to learn more about FNL,

upcoming initiatives, and ways to get involved. Topics often include:

○ Program updates and accomplishments

○ Fundraising and sponsorship opportunities

○ Volunteer roles and needs

○ Scholarship and financial support information

○ Goals and priorities for the season ahead

Meeting schedules are announced in advance via email and shared through our communication

channels.

Fundraising & Community Events

Throughout the year, FNL hosts and supports a variety of fundraising and community-

building events designed to ease the financial burden on families while strengthening our

baseball and softball community.

Examples of events include:

● Team-led and organization-wide fundraisers

● Seasonal and special-event fundraisers (such as Super Bowl Squares)

● Merchandise and spirit-wear sales

● Community events hosted at the facility

● Equipment and gear exchange opportunities to help families save money

These events may support individual athletes, teams, or FNL programs, depending on the

structure of the fundraiser.

Program-Based Events

In addition to meetings and fundraisers, FNL supports events tied to our programs, including:

● Volunteer-led initiatives
